When someone who already has an account on this site joins your League and becomes a member, the Member Manager must change their status from User to Member and update some of their information.

Add them to National

• Go to LWVUS (www.lwv.org), log in, and enter the new member's information.

Add them to this website

• Login to this site (www.lwvmd.org).

All LWV Members in Maryland are strongly encouraged to have an account at this site.

When someone joins your League, you can direct them to your site and invite them to create their own account, or a person with  Membership Management privileges can create an account for them by following the steps below.  (Each League should have at least one person with Membership Management privileges, usually the Membership Chair and/or the President.) If you have more than a few people to add, consider uploading a Database rather than doing this individually.

All members of LWV are encouraged to register on this site. Members have access to the online membership directory and to their personal account information (contact information).
