People who have been assigned the "Editor Role" or the "Manage Members" role (usually LWV Newsletter Editors, Membership Chairs, Secretaries, and Presidents) can use the Mailing List feature on this site.  They can

• subscribe and unsubscribe one or more people to Mailing List(s)
• send an Email to subscribers (and simultaneously upload it to the site)
• see the number of subscribers
• download the list of emails that are subscribed to a list

• NB: NEVER delete or edit an Email that is still being sent. The system will not be able to find it, and the emails will stop going out.
