If you want to send an email to:

• an individual: Find the user, then click on their CONTACT link. Some users on this site may have chosen to disable their contact link.
• the Author of an article Some articles have the author's name or a contact displayed. IIf you are logged in, you can click on that link and then use the CONTACT link.

• Everyone subscribed to a newsletter - Newsletter editors may send an email announcement to all subscribers by using the SEND BULK EMAIL option.

this Option is  not currently available

Everyone in your Local League  Presidents and Membership Chairs can send an email to all LWV members who are registered on this site and have access to that League's domain  by going to Member Menu > Manage Mmbers > Email Members (http://www.lwvmd.org/n/admin/user/user/email) .  NOTE: If your LWV hasn't uploaded its membership database to the site, this won't work for you
